2. What LamaCoins is

The Service is a free-to-play social casino offered solely for entertainment. Games are played with Lama Coins, which are virtual coins with no monetary value. The Service provides no real-money gambling, no deposits, no withdrawals, and no opportunity to win real money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, goods or any other prize of value.

3. Who may use the Service

• You must be at least 21 years old. By entering you confirm you meet this age requirement.
• Residents of Washington State (USA) are asked not to use the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that accessing a free social casino is lawful where you live.

4. Player profiles

A free profile may store a name, email and age confirmation in your browser so we can personalize the lobby. Provide accurate details. We may refuse or reset profiles that violate these Terms.

5. Lama Coins

• Lama Coins are licensed for in-Service entertainment use only.
• They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, sold, traded or exchanged for money, goods, services, gift cards, crypto or anything of value.
• They cannot be purchased. Free grants may come from welcome balances, daily spins or missions.
• Balances may be adjusted, reset or discontinued at any time without liability.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: automate play with bots or scripts; reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service or embedded demos; misrepresent your age; use the Service for commercial scraping; or introduce malware.

7. Games and IP

Titles on the Service are third-party demonstration games embedded with permission. Studio marks and software remain theirs. The LamaCoins name, site design and original copy belong to LamaCoins Interactive Inc..

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

9. Liability limit

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LamaCoins Interactive Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Because access is free, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us to use it — which is zero dollars ($0).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Delaware under AAA rules. You waive participation in class actions or class arbitration. Where arbitration cannot apply, courts in Delaware have exclusive venue.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the update.
