1. Controller

LamaCoins Interactive Inc. ("we", "us") operates lamacoins.com (the "Service"). We follow the CCPA and applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

2. Information we handle

• Account & signup — when you create a free account we collect your name, email, phone and password (stored hashed). After email verification we record the signup in access-restricted storage for lead management.
• On-device profile — a copy of your name/email may also be kept in browser local storage so the lobby can greet you.
• Messages you send — if you email [email protected], we receive the content of that email.
• Gameplay prefs — age confirmation, cookie choice, Lama Coins balance and mission progress live in your browser.

We do not process payments. There is nothing to buy on LamaCoins.

3. How we use information

• To remember your free profile and coin balance on the device you use.
• To answer support or privacy emails you send us.
• Optional product updates about free bonus coins or new demos — only if you ask for them.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. Cookies & storage

We use necessary and, with consent, functional browser storage. Details are listed in our Cookies Policy.

5. Service providers

Hosting providers process traffic solely to deliver the website. Embedded demo games load from studio domains under those studios’ privacy terms when you open a game.

6. Your rights (U.S. / CCPA-style)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold from emails you sent;
• Delete that information;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share for advertising;
• Non-discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

7. Retention

Browser data lasts until you clear it. Support emails are kept up to 24 months from your last message, then deleted, unless a shorter deletion is requested.

The Service is for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (COPPA) or from anyone under 21. Contact us if you believe a minor provided information and we will delete what we control.

9. Security

Most player data never leaves the device. Email we receive is handled through ordinary commercial email systems with reasonable safeguards for the limited data involved.
